Refund & Return Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at [your support email].
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the return. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return a product, please contact us first at onlinebiz234@gmail.com for instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive returned items.
